Processing & Shipping Time
Once you place an order, our team works to prepare it for shipping. Please note that delivery times are counted after the order has been handed over to our courier partner.
- Within Dhaka: Your order will be delivered within **2-3 business days**.
- Outside Dhaka: Please allow **4-7 business days** for your order to arrive.
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
We offer transparent and affordable shipping rates.
- Inside Dhaka: A flat rate of **BDT 80** applies to all orders.
- Outside Dhaka: A flat rate of **BDT 150** applies to all orders.
